There may be fewer guests, a shorter timeline and more time spent together rather than moving from one event to another. Preludio is designed around this kind of celebration. I photograph your ceremony discreetly, document the interactions and atmosphere around it and then dedicate time to your couple portraits before following the celebration into the cocktail hour.

My approach combines observation with gentle direction. During the ceremony and cocktail hour, I allow moments to happen naturally, photographing genuine interactions, expressions and details without constantly interrupting the flow of the day. During your couple portraits, I provide simple guidance while allowing you to move and interact naturally. The architecture, landscape and Tuscan light become part of the photographs.

Preludio is suited to couples planning a small wedding or intimate celebration who want photography to concentrate on the ceremony, portraits and reception highlights. If you would like both bride and groom preparations photographed, La Dolce Vita offers a broader eight-hour coverage with two photographers. For a longer wedding day with an evening celebration, Sogno Toscano or La Notte Brava may be more appropriate.
